Etoile Farr, founder and visionary behind RAW Hair & Co., approaches hair the way an artist approaches a canvas—specializing in balayage and surface painting to create transformations as unique as her clients. With over 18 years in the industry, her dedication to her craft and her team has made RAW a sanctuary of empowerment, artistry, and eco-consciousness in Dallas.

Etoile believes true success is a collective journey: “No one is self-made. It takes a team of people who cross your path to get you where you want to be. It’s about being open, receptive, and willing to grow together.” This philosophy shapes RAW Hair & Co. as a space where continuous education, creative freedom, and sustainability are more than ideals—they’re a way of life.
