What drives your passion for hair coloring and styling, and how do you incorporate the beauty of individuality into your work?

“Being surrounded daily by an incredibly successful team drives my passion for hair coloring. I want to continue learning and growing as a colorist. I incorporate the beauty of individuality in my work by being proud of who I am and how far I’ve come. I have the most amazing clients who have followed me throughout my journey. I love building a connection with the person in my chair and providing a sense of comfort.”

How do you innovate classic styles?

“When new trends emerge, I always try to identify at least one aspect of a trend and incorporate it into my style. For example, a change in fringe length or a shift in a part can be a subtle change for me but a big one for a client.”

Why is lifelong learning key for you?

“I continue developing my hair coloring skills and knowledge by attending classes on the color lines we utilize, asking my team questions, and shadowing others throughout the day at RAW. I love to help and learn from my teammates in the process.”

What’s your take on trends?

“Current trends and techniques drive my creativity. Every day is unique, and I love creating a unique experience for my clients.”

What philosophy guides you?

“As a hairstylist, I want to help clients bring their vision to life while maintaining the health and integrity of their hair. I love a challenge, and the smile I see at the end of every service keeps me motivated.”

What advice do you have for aspiring stylists?

“Aspiring stylists should seek as much education as possible and take on challenges they can learn from.”
