What inspired you to pursue a hair styling and coloring career?

“My interest in hair started when I watched my older sister get ready to go out. I began doing hair and makeup for friends, and now, every client feels like I’m preparing them for their special moment. I love helping people express their individuality.”

How do you incorporate the beauty of individuality into your work?

“Each client is unique, and I love tailoring their look to fit their lifestyle. That’s what makes every appointment exciting—creating something that’s truly personal.”

Can you share a recent project that showcases your creativity?

“I love creating lived-in looks, like matching a client’s natural hair color from a baby photo. I also enjoy playing with vibrant colors—recently, I did a sunset-inspired color melt with purple, orange, and pink. Everyday life inspires my work.”

How do you continue developing your skills?

“Through education, I took an advanced class not too long ago in New York that was a game-changer for me. Learning from top stylists and colorists inspired me to elevate my techniques and bring new ideas back to the salon.”

How do you push the boundaries of hair coloring and styling, inspire your team at RAW, and foster a collaborative environment with your clients involved in the artistic process?

“Being around other talented artists is always fun to collaborate with. We’re an eclectic bunch and have lived and learned from all over the country. We all have different styles but come together to blend and elevate each other with respect and kindness. We can only grow stronger by remaining open to learning from each other.”

“RAW is more than a salon—it’s a community. The atmosphere is welcoming, and we focus on creating personalized experiences for every client.”
